Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

Starting pay: $10/hr with room to grow as the business grows

Cookie Dough Production | Afternoon shift· 4 hrs

Come in the afternoon and spend four focused hours producing cookie dough. This is a straightforward, heads-down role — powders are pre-measured and instructions are provided. You just need to follow the process, stay consistent, and leave things clean.

Duties include:

- Following pre-written recipes and instructions to batch cookie dough

- Measuring and combining wet ingredients with pre-measured dry powders

- Properly storing finished dough for the next day's bake

- Cleaning your workspace and equipment after each session

- Keeping the production area organized throughout your shift

No prior baking experience required.

Ideal for: someone detail-oriented, self-directed, and consistent. If you like heads-down work with a clear routine, this one's for you.

Server | 3 PM – 9 PM

Help keep the shop running through the afternoon and evening rush. You'll be the face of bittersweet — serving customers, keeping things moving, and making sure every order goes out right.

Duties include:

- Stamping and packaging cookies and orders

- Scooping gelato and serving ice cream sundaes

- Building and assembling sandwiches

- Putting together gift boxes and tying bows

- Restocking display trays, toppings, and supplies throughout your shift

- Keeping the counter and front-of-house clean and presentable

Flexible availability — weekdays or weekends, we'll work with your schedule.

Ideal for: someone friendly, fast, and dependable. Comfortable with customers and able to stay productive through a full shift.

Closer | Closing Shift

You'll be the last one out. This role is all about leaving the shop in perfect shape so the morning crew can hit the ground running. It's physical, detail-oriented work — and it matters.

Duties include:

- Shutting down the shop at the end of the night

- Counting inventory and updating inventory sheets

- Washing and sanitizing all dishes, trays, and equipment

- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen and front-of-house floors

- Wiping down all surfaces and equipment

- General cleaning to leave the shop ready for the next day

Ideal for: someone dependable, thorough, and takes pride in a job done right. No shortcuts.
