MORNING PRODUCTION

8:00 AM-3:30 PM

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our morning production team.

This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes position focused on preparing and packaging our cookies for daily operations and customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Make cookie dough according to bittersweet recipes and procedures

  • Measure ingredients accurately and consistently

  • Package finished cookies

  • Prepare and organize boxes and packaging

  • Check products for quality

  • Keep ingredients, packaging, and supplies stocked and organized

  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Work efficiently and independently

  • Help with other production needs as needed

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, clean, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

Previous bakery, kitchen, restaurant, or food production experience is preferred.

Schedule: Morning–early afternoon

FRONT COUNTER / SERVER

3:30 PM–9:30 PM

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to serve our customers and help keep bittersweet running smoothly throughout the afternoon and evening.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers

  • Take and prepare customer orders

  • Learn our menu and answer customer questions

  • Package cookies and customer orders

  • Serve gelato and prepare specialty items

  • Keep the cookie display stocked and presentable

  • Restock packaging, toppings, and supplies

  • Keep the counter and work areas clean and organized

  • Complete cleaning and stocking responsibilities between customers

  • Help prepare and fulfill orders during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, efficient, comfortable with customers, and able to stay productive without constant supervision.

Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.


Weekday and weekend availability preferred.
